Shipping & Returns

We publish the Burkhart Global Daycalc Financial Calendar once a year, in September.

Orders received before that time (i.e. pre-orders) are shipped within days of the publishing date. Subsequent orders are shipped in order of receipt.


You will receive notification by email when your order is about to be shipped. At that time, if you have not already paid, your stored credit card details will be used to exact payment, or you will be asked to provide same.

We generally ship within one business day of payment being received, same day if received by noon.


An estimate of delivery date (or shipping time) is generated at the checkout and is determined by destination and carrier.

Actual shipping time may vary according to circumstances prevailing while your shipment is in progress.

Damaged Goods

In accordance with applicable Australian Consumer laws we will replace any damaged goods received by the customer (i.e. you), at our cost, on presentation of suitable photographic evidence.

Please use the contact form on this page to advise of such an issue. We will then contact you to redress the situation.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within thirty (30) days for any reason and you will receive a full refund of the invoiced amount, provided the goods are returned in original condition.

After thirty days we will determine the refund according to the circumstances: the condition of the returned goods, and the time the product has been under your access and control.

All shipping costs for returns are to be borne by you.
